摘要
在司法改革进程中,人民法院必须不断进行体制创新,在审判管理机制上的创新尤其重要。现代化的审判管理机制具有系统化、公开化等特征。重构审判管理机制应当围绕法官责任制、权力制衡、系统管理等进行。
In the process of judicial reform, system innovation must be constantly carried out about the people＇s court and the innovation in the mechanism of trial management is especially important. The modem mechanism of trial management is systematized,and has the characteristic of coming into the open , etc.. Reconstructing the mechanism of trial rr. nagement should center on judge＇s responsibility system, power checking and balancing , systematic management , etc.
