金银花内在质量探讨

Investigation of the Internal Quality of Flos Lonkerae

目的 对金银花进行内在质量探讨。方法 采用高效液相色谱法测定绿原酸的含量,用挥发油测定器测 定挥发油成分。结果 绿原酸、挥发油含量花蕾>花>叶。结论 选用金银花入药时应选蕾多花少无叶者。

Objective To investigate the intemal quality of Flos Lonicerae. Methods The content of chlorogenic acid were analyzed by HPLC, the constituents of vdatile oil were analyzed by assay instrument. The content of chlorogenic acid and vdatile oil, buds〉flowers〉leaves. Conclusion When Flos Lonicerae was chosen as medicine, it should have many buds little flowers and no leaves.
