摘要
目的 以阿魏酸含量为指标,考察生化汤的提取工艺。方法 用正交试验法进行优选,用高效液相色谱 法对生化汤中阿魏酸的含量进行测定,甲醇-水(含1%冰醋酸,45:55)为流动相,ZORBAX SB-C18柱(4.6 mm× 250mm,5μm),紫外检测波长为323 nm。结果 煎煮的最好方法为:用12倍的水浸泡30 min后加热30 min,再 加入10倍的水加热30 min。结论 不同煎煮方法对制剂活性成分含量有影响。
Objective To study the extraction of ferulic acid from Shenghua decoction. Methods The optimum extraction was selected by orthogonal design. The content of the total ferulic acid was determined by RP-HPLC. Analytical column is ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm× 250mm, 5μm). Mobile phase consists of methanol-water (containing 1.0% glacial acetic acid). Detective wavelength is 323 nm. Results The best method is boiled with 520 mL water and then boiled with 430 mL water. Conclusion The different solution decoction have effects to the content of active component.
