几种物质对稻米品质及水稻产量的影响 被引量:8

Effects of Several Regulating Materials on Grain Quality and Yield of Rice

摘要 以迟熟中粳品种“通育粳1号”为材料,研究了硫酸锌、多效唑、赤霉素和壳聚糖4种物质对稻米品质及其水稻产量的影响。结果表明,壳聚糖能提高稻谷的糙米率,多效唑、赤霉素和壳聚糖能提高稻米的精米率和整精米率。4种物质均具有改善稻米外观品质的作用,在减少稻米垩白率方面,壳聚糖>赤霉素>硫酸锌>多效唑,在降低垩白度方面,壳聚糖>硫酸锌>赤霉素>多效唑,比对照依次降低48.12%、28.27%、26.52%和22.35%。不同处理的稻米直链淀粉和蛋白质含量差异不大,除硫酸锌处理的直链淀粉含量略有增加外,其余处理有所下降,4种物质处理的蛋白质含量有增加的趋势。硫酸锌和多效唑处理的产量有所下降,主要表现为每穗实粒数减少,壳聚糖处理则有一定的增产效果,稻谷产量和糙米产量分别增加5.41%和5.62%。 With late mid-season rice 'Tong Yujing 1'as the testing material,effects of ZnSO_4,PP_(333),GA_3 and chitosan on grain quality and yield of rice were studied.The results were as follows:chitosan increased brown rice rate,PP_(333);GA_3 and chitosan increased milled rice rate and head milled rice rate.Four kinds of materials all had the function of improving external grain quality.In the aspects of reducing chalky percentage,the effect is:chitosan>GA_3)>ZnSO_4>PP_(333).In the aspects of lowering chalkiness degree,chitosan>ZnSO_4>GA_(3)>PP_(333),compared to ck,was reduced by 48.12%,28.27%,26.52% and 22.35% one by one.Grain amylose and protein content changed little in different treatments,only ZnsO_4 treatment slightly increased,grain amylose,other treatments had a decending trend.There was an augmentative trend in protein content of four kinds of material treatments.Rice yield of ZnSO_4 and PP_(333)treatments had a decreasing tendency,the main performance was that the filled grains per panicle reduced,the chitosan treatment increased rice yield,the grain yield and brown rice yield increased by 5.41%,5.62% respectively.
