试论大学与文化的关系及大学文化建设的定位

Relationship Between University and Culture and Orientation of University Culture Construction

文化不仅其现象丰富多彩,而且内部的结构层次复杂.面对千姿百态的文化现象和多层次的内部结构,应该怎样进行大学文化建设?笔者认为首先必须充分认识大学与文化的关系,其次,在大学文化建设过程中要有明确的定位.

Culture not only displays abundant phenomena, but also has complicated structures and levels. Then what can we carry out the construction of campus culture？ The author holds that we should fully recognize the relationship between university and culture first. Secondly, explicit orientation during the process of campus culture construction is very essential.
