摘要 西安交通大学医学院在中国率先开展全英语医学教育培养医科来华留学生.结合10年实践提出我国留学生教育教学改革要从适应留学生需求出发,尊重外国来华留学生的学习目的、知识背景、语言习惯、学习特点,进一步改进留学生教育教学方法,采用"以学生为中心"教学策略与方法,充分利用网络资源和先进原版教材,建立适应新教学模式的过程性评估体系,培养高水平的、具有创新能力、解决问题能力、终生学习能力的医学留学生,为扩大我国留学教育规模,提高中国高等教育国际知名度服务. Among medical colleges and universities in China, the Medical School of Xi'an Jiaotong University takes the lead in English-exclusive medical education for international students. Based on our ten years' teaching experience, it is put forward that international students' purpose of study in China, knowledge background, language habit, and learning trait should be taken into consideration in teaching reform. Teaching method should be further improved, student-centered teaching strategy and method should be adopted, the Internet resources and original teaching material should be used. In order to expand enrollment of international students and improve service of Chinese higher education, it is advisable to develop innovative ability, problem-solving ability and lifelong learning ability of international medical students.
