医学硕士生校园生活诚信基本状况自测与分析

摘要 为了掌握医学硕士生校园生活诚信基本状况,本项研究以无记名方式向本院2002-2004级的197名硕士生就几个普遍关心的诚信方面的宏观性问题进行了问卷调查.被问卷者主要根据在集体生活中亲身体察的有关情况自主选择回答,包括:对"诚信"的认识和重视程度;诚信问题的存在程度;诚信问题主要发生的场合;诚信问题主要表现类型;诚信问题可能造成的影响和产生的后果;诚信问题的主要外因;解决诚信问题、提高诚信度的关键等,并辅以对被问卷学生随机个别访谈.本文对所获资料进行了分析讨论,提出了改善医学生诚信教育的几点建议和对策.包括:提高对诚信教育重要性和紧迫性的认识;把诚信教育做为系统"工程",采取综合性措施加强诚信教育;优化校风、学风;提高诚信教育的实效性、针对性;建立科学的,公平合理的,有利于学生个性发展的评价体系;深化教职工聘任、业绩评价体系改革;诚信教育要贯穿于育人的全过程等. To know the basic status of medical master's degree candidates' honesty and credit in campus life, a survey with the questionnaire with several general concerned and macroscopical questions about honesty and credit was carried out among 197 students of year one, two and three in the anonymous way, The informants were asked to answer these questions by themselves according to their own campus life experience, including the degree of understanding and recognition of “honesty and credit”, the existence, occasion, types of main manifestations, the effects and harms, as well as external causes of the problems concerning honesty and credit. How to solve honesty and credit problem and the key to improve credit were also included, Interviews were also conducted randomly with the informants. In this paper, the obtained data are analyzed and discussed, Moreover, several suggestions are put forward to improve the education in honesty and credit, such as some synthetical measures taken to enhance the education in these aspects, optimization of school spirit, scientific and fair evaluation system favorable for the development of the students' personality development, and the reformation in teachers' position appointment and performance assessment system. Honesty and credit education should be carried out throughout the process of education.
