人力资源的优化配置是高校快速发展的根本保证.文章结合实际,探讨了如何依据自身的发展定位,制订人力资源配置策略,并通过深化改革,采取有效措施,充分发挥人力资源的效益,增强学校的综合实力和竞争力,实现高校快速发展.
Optimizing allocation of human resources is the fundamental guarantee for the rapid development of colleges and universities. This article probes into how to work out tactics of human resources allocation according to our development orientation and adopt effective measures to improve the comprehensive and competitive strength of colleges and universities to push their fast development.
