摘要
目的评价食管癌贲门癌根治术后同时实施人工胃底重建术抗食管反流作用的临床价值。方法临床观察122例人工胃底重建的病人,将其术后食管反流症状、钡剂造影、胃镜检查食管和吻合口炎症反应程度的资料,与常规胃食管吻合术40例病人的临床资料作比较。结果人工胃底成形者术后发生反流性食管炎及其并发症远低于对照组。结论重建人工胃底胃食管瓣有明确的抗反流作用。
Objective To explore the clinical evalue of simultaneous artifical gastric fundus recombination for anti-esophagus reflux after radicall resection of esophageal carcinoma. Methods The clinical manifestation and barium meal or stomach endoscopic check after operation in 122 patients with artifical gastric fundus recombination were compared with patients with common stomach-esophagus anastomosis. Results The complication and reflux esophagitis in artifical gastric fundus recombination ; were much lower than that in control group. Conclusion The artifical gastric fundus recombination to make a stomach-esophagus valve is worthy of anti-esophageal reflux.
