摘要
介绍了有源箝位网络反激变换器的工作过程,给出了工程设计方法,然后通过实验验证了该变换器所有开关管几乎在全负载范围内实现了ZVS,作为电机控制系统的辅助电源运行稳定可靠。
This paper presents a kind of tlyback converter utilizing an active-clamp circuit. This circuit can suppress the high turn-off voltage spike of the switch that is caused by the parasitic oscillation and can achieve ZVS for both switches. This paper analyses the behavior of the ZVS active-clamp flyback operating and practical design considerations. Then Experimental waveforms are given to verify that both switched in the circuit can achieve ZVS and it works stably as the auxiliary power in the motor control system.
