摘要 提出采用专家模糊综合评估法对机电系统可靠性进行综合评估,在可靠性评估中采用专家定量评估和定性评估两种方式结合进行。为克服专家评估中主观因素的影响,在综合评估中考虑了专家对该项目指标评估熟悉度以及其对评估结果的影响,因而能够基于模糊推理对专家评估的结果给出较客观、准确的估计。 An expert fuzzy integrated evaluation technique for the system reliability is presented. While the system reliability is evaluated, both the expert qualitative and quantitative evaluation techniques are integrated. In order to overcome the influence of the expert subjective factors in the evaluation process, the expert familiarity degree of the evaluated project and its influence to the evaluation results are considered. Therefore, based on fuzzy inference the objective and precise expert evaluation results can be obtained.
