Determination of nine trace elements in flos lonicerae by ICP-AES

建立了ICP-AES测定金银花中微量元素的方法并测定了其中的9种元素。采用高压密封消化罐消化法将金银花进行前处理,方法检测限低、准确度和精密度好。可定量测定金银花中的微量元素。

A method has been developed for simultaneous delermination of nine esements in flos lomicerae.The sample was prepared by high presun,digestion in digestion jar,The method had low minitnum limits of detection,good accuracies and precisions,It＇s suitable for analysis of trace elements in flos lomicerae.
