摘要
环丁酮衍生物是四元环状化合物,分子内张力较大,难以合成,本研究采用在乙烯双键上连接推电子基团使乙烯双键基团的反应活性增强即:CH2=CH-G,G-为推电子基团,将乙酸分子中的酰基及羰基的α-C上引入卤族元素使羰基的反应活性增强,再将乙烯基醚与卤代乙酰卤经一步反应即可合成四元环状化合物环丁烯衍生物,该合成方法原料易得,反应活性高,选择性强,无副反应发生,收率较高,是制备中医药原料3,4-二羟基-3环丁烯-1,2-二酮的有效方法。
Cyclobutanone derivative is square,the tension of which is very large in the inner molecule,but also it is very hard to be synthesized,The research adopt the measure of eonnecting the exclusive clectron agglomeragte on the C=C to bost up the reactive character of C=C namely:CH2=CH-G,G-is the exclusive electron agglomerate.which make X(X=F,Cl,Br,I)enter into the R-C=O of acetic acid and the α-C of C=O,so that the reactive character acyl would be boost up,then visa only one step to join vinyil ether derivative and halogenoacetyl halide to synthesize into cyclobutanone derivative,the raw material is easy to find in the synthesize method,but have better reactive character,better ,selectivity,without deputy reaction and have high ratio,it is a good method of preparing medical material,cyclobutanone derivative.
