摘要
乙二醇葡糖苷是由淀粉制备的一种多羟基化合物，与水亲合力强。本研究探讨以乙二醇葡糖苷替代甘油作为化妆品保湿剂的可能性，结果表明其保湿性能及湿度自控能力均优于对照样，是一种新型质优价廉的化妆品保湿剂。
Abstract Glycol glucoside is a polyol compound pre-pared from starch, which has a good affinity forwater.The possibility of glycol glucoside used ashumectant of cosmetics is investigated in this pa-per to substitute for glycerol. The results showthat glycol glucoside is a ideal humectant of cos-metics based on its execellent ability of moisturecontrol.
