摘要
以邻硝基氯苯为原料,通过硫代、氯化、水解和加氢还原等反应合成了邻氨基苯磺酸,总收率为72%。加入OP-10改进了硫化反应;催化加氢有利于保护环境减少污染。
Abstract A study for synthesizing o-aminobenzenesulfonic acid through the reactions of thionation,chlorination,hydrolysis and catalytic hydrogena-tion from o-chloro-nitrobenzene is presented, theovera11 yield is about 72%. The thionation reac-tion was improved in the presence of asurfactant.The catalytic hydrogenation is benefi-cial to environmental protection in production.
