RESEARCH OF SEPERATION L-ARGININE WITH METHOD OF IONEXCHANGE

应用国产７３２型阳离子交换树脂分离精氨酸，溶液在ｐＨ＝２的条件下精氨酸吸附在阳离子交换树脂上，以稀氨水作洗脱剂，洗脱液经减压浓缩后，在乙醇中结晶，分取精氨酸，纯度≥９８％，用人发作原料收得率为４．５％。成本低，收益高。

Abstract This paper discribes a technology of sepera-tion L-arginine with method of ionexchange.L-Arginine is absorbed on the cation exchange resinat the solution pH=2 and the amonia(3mol/LNH_3·H_2O)acts as a eluate. L-Arginine formescrystal in alcohol after eluate is consentrated atdecompression with purity 98 %. The yield of L-arginine is 4.5% for using human hair. Thismethod has less cost of production and higherprofit.
