电解法制备高纯异辛酸亚锡的研究 被引量:1

STUDY ON THE ELECTROSYNTHESIS OF HIGH-PURITY TIN(Ⅱ)2-ETHYLHEXANOATE

摘要 金属锡为阳极,阴极为钛网,电解温度为70℃,槽电压为6.5V,电解90min,电流效率为69.1%,与异辛酸的转化率为98.6%,异辛酸亚锡产率为95.2%,耗电量为1.20k·h/kg。 Abstract The synthesis of high-purity tin(Ⅱ)2-ethylhexanoate by electrochemical process fromtin and 2-ethylhexanoic acid was studied usingtin as anode.Thebest results were obtainedwith titanium net as cathode,BHT and BPS asantioxidant, at 70℃,cell voltage being 6.5V.Under these conditions, tin conversion was 98.6%, current emciencv was 69.1%,the yield of TEH was 95.2%, the power consumption ofTEH was 1. 20kW·h/kg.
