蒽醌溶剂硝化法合成1－硝基蒽醌

STUDY ON THE SYNTHSIS OF 1-NITROANTHRAQUINONE BYNITRATION OF ANTHRAQUINONE IN THE SOL VENT

蒽醌在溶剂中经混酸硝化合成１－硝基蒽醌，通过实验得到了溶剂用量对硫酸浓度和用量及硝酸用量的影响。实验表明：产物中１－硝基蒽醌的纯度达７９．１％，摩尔收率为７９．６％（以蒽醌计）。

Abstract The svnthesis of 1-nitroanthraquinone by nitration of anthraquinone in the solvent was studied.The influence of the amount of solvent on the concentration and the amount of sulphuric acid and the amount Of nitric acid was obtained by the experiments.It is shown that the purity of l-nitroanthraquinone in the product reaches 79.1%and the mole yiel is 79.6%(on the an-thraquinone).
