氧化淀粉与聚醋酸乙烯乳液共混体系的粘接性能研究

STUDY ON THE ADHESIVE PROPERTY OFBLENDING OXIDED STARCH AND PVAC EMULSION

提出了氧化淀粉共混改性聚醋酸乙烯乳液的机理，采用计算机辅助设计法确定了最优配方。试验结果表明，共混改性后的聚醋酸乙烯乳液具有粘接强度高、耐水性好、固化速度快等特点，可显著降低聚醋酸乙烯乳液的生产成本。

The modified mechanism is proposed in thePVAc emulsion adhesive by blending oxidedstarch.The optimum composition has been de-termined with the method of computer assiteddesign.The experiment results show that themodified PVAc emulsion adhesive has some spe-cial properties such as higher adhesion st rength,better water resistance,quicker drying etc.Theproduction cost of PVAc emulsion can be reducedremarkbly by this method。
