摘要
研究了Ca ̄(2+)、Mg ̄(2+)、Ba ̄(2+)、Fe ̄(3+)、Zn ̄(2+)、Al ̄(3+)6种离子提取茶多酚(TeaPolyphenols,TP)的条件,确定了最佳工艺和参数。采用最佳工艺提取TP,提取率可达10.5%,纯度>99.5%。
Abstract The conditions of tea· polyphenols(TP)from tea dusts by precipitation method usingmetal ions Ca ̄(2+)、Mg ̄(2+)、Ba ̄(2+)、Fe ̄(3+)Ba ̄(3+),Zn ̄(2+) andAl ̄(3+) as precipitants have been investigated. Thebest technologi cal process and parameters havebeen determined. It is shown that the extractionrate of TP could reach 10.5%and the content ofthe effective ingredients of TP could be morethan 99.5%by the new process
