可溶金属盐离子提取茶多酚的最佳工艺与参数研究

STUDY ON THE TECHNOLOGLCAL PROCESS AND PARAMETERS OF EXTRACTION FOR TEA POL YPHENOLS BY SOLUBLE METAL IONS

研究了Ｃａ￣（２＋）、Ｍｇ￣（２＋）、Ｂａ￣（２＋）、Ｆｅ￣（３＋）、Ｚｎ￣（２＋）、Ａｌ￣（３＋）６种离子提取茶多酚（ＴｅａＰｏｌｙｐｈｅｎｏｌｓ，ＴＰ）的条件，确定了最佳工艺和参数。采用最佳工艺提取ＴＰ，提取率可达１０．５％，纯度＞９９．５％。

Abstract The conditions of tea· polyphenols(TP)from tea dusts by precipitation method usingmetal ions Ca￣(2+)、Mg￣(2+)、Ba￣(2+)、Fe￣(3+)Ba￣(3+),Zn￣(2+) andAl￣(3+) as precipitants have been investigated. Thebest technologi cal process and parameters havebeen determined. It is shown that the extractionrate of TP could reach 10.5%and the content ofthe effective ingredients of TP could be morethan 99.5%by the new process
