在年生产能力1000t的生产装置上,以天津石化公司副产C_(10)重芳烃(C_(10)A)中提取的烷基萘为原料,经磺化、水解、缩合、中和、干燥、粉碎,制得SF减水剂.质量已达到高效减水剂一等品指标,在国内开辟了减水剂原料的新来源。

Using alkyl-naphthalene separated from heavy aromatic hydrocarbon (C10+A) by product of Tianjin petrochemical corperations as raw material, via sulfonation, hydrolyzation, polycondensation, neutlalization, drying and size reduction,and effective water reducing agent was produced and qualified as class A product. The scale of the production is 1000 tons per year. This invention broadens resource of the raw material of water reducing agent.
