水溶性聚氨酯羊毛防缩剂的研制

PREPARATION OF WATER SOLUBLE POLYURETHANE FOR WOOL SHRINKRESIST AGENT

制备了一种水溶性聚氨酯,其制备过程是:首先按NCO/OH=2(mol)配比合成聚氨酯预聚体,然后在助溶剂存在下,与NaHSO_3水溶液混合,预聚体中NCO端基被NaHSO_3封闭,即成为聚氨酯水溶液.影响NCO基团封闭率的主要因素有:助溶剂种类、NaHSO_3/NCO比、溶液固含量等.将水溶性聚氨酯用于羊毛防缩整理,防缩效果达到IWS机可洗标准.

A water soluble PU was prepared,In the first place,Polyurethane prepolymer was synthesizeel according to the ratio of NCO/ON = 2(mol) ,then it was mixed with the solution of NaHSO3 in the presence of a hy-drophitic organic solvent, when NCO group of the prepolymer is blocked by NaHSO3, the PU solution is formed. The main fators affecting blocking ratio of NCO group include:the type of the hydrophilic organic sol-vent, the amount of NaHSO3 and solid content of the solution, when water soluble PU is used as wool shrink-resist agent,its shrink-resist effectiveness reachs the machinewashable standard of IWS.
