摘要
对用相转移催化法合成乙酸苄酯工艺进行了改进,使用三乙胺作催化剂,三乙胺可回收,增加水解、脱醛步骤,使合成的产品不含氯、纯度高、香气好,具有较高的工业实用价值.
The synthetic technology of benzyl acetate was improved via phase transfer catalysis. The phase transfer catalysis was triethylamine which could be recovered. The process of hydrolysis and dealdehyde was added, Thus,the products was not contained chlorine,and the purity and perfume was satisfactory. This method was practicable for commercialization.
