摘要
一种降滤失剂是由乙酸乙烯酯与丙烯腈经乳液共聚后再进行水解改性的产物,用于钻井液处理,具有良好的耐高温性能。在4%盐水膨润土泥浆和饱和盐水膨润土泥浆中,分别添加1.5%和2.0%的共聚物,经200℃静态老化16h后,API失水量比基浆分别降低90.25%倍和92.28%倍,并有较高的抗钙污染能力。
A fluid filtrationloss control agent (vinyl alcohol-sodium acrylate copolymer)for drilling mud in oil field was synthesized by emulsion copolmerization of vinyl acetate (VAc)with acrylnitrile(AN) ,and then modified by alkali hydrolysis. API water loss amount lowered by 90. 25% and 92. 28% separately when 1. 5% and 2. 0% of the copolymer add separatelly in 4% salt aquous bentone mud, and then satic age 16 h 200 ℃. The copolymer as filtration loss controller for drilling mud possess good high temperature resitance proprety and good tolerance to calcium salts.
