稳定化2-乙基己酸亚锡的合成

PREPARATION OF STABLE STANNOUS 2-ETHYLHEXANOATE

由2-乙基己酸与氢氧化钠溶液反应制得2-乙基己酸钠,在取代酚类抗氧剂存在下加入氯化亚锡溶液制备2-乙基己酸亚锡。产品贮存前加入硫代丙酸酯类抗氧剂可进一步提高贮存稳定性。如用45％～50％NaOH溶液中和2-乙基己酸,在105℃反应15min,加入2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚,在62～72℃加氯化亚锡溶液反应10～20min得到2-乙基己酸亚锡。产率92％,亚锡含量26.6％。

Stannous 2-ethylhexanoate was prepared by reaction of a sodium salt solution of 2-ethylhexanoic acid with SnCl2 solution in the presence of substituted cresol s-antioxidant. The sulfopropionat antioxidant was added to the stannous 2-ethylhexanoate before storage. Thus BuCHEtCO2H was neutralized with 45%~50% NaOH at 105 C in 15 min,2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol was add to the solution,followed by stirring with concentrated SnCl2 solution 10~20min at 62-72C to give 92% (BuCHEtCO2)2Sn,conternt of stannous is 26. 6%.
