摘要
本文叙述国外高功率电子束用于工业辐照和热加工的发展、应用概况及其关键问题。着重介绍世界上最大功率的工业用电子束设备,如400—1000kW级的电子辐照加速器,100kW级的电子束焊接机,1200,9600kW的电子束熔炼炉,以及30到3600kW的几种电子束蒸发涂膜装置。最后将国内同类产品的最大功率列于表1,以资比较。
The paper presents the development,applications and other key problems inthe high power electron beam for industrial irradiation and heat treatment.Thepaper emphasizes most powerful industrial electron beam cquipments in the world,such as 400—1000kW electron accelerators for irradiation,100kW electron beamwelders,1200,9600kW electron beam melting furnaces,and some kinds of 30 to3600kW electron beam evaporation coating equipments.The domestic products ofthe same kinds are also listed for comparision.
