摘要
本文采用了模型试验和数值模拟的方法对单层平面索网玻璃幕墙结构考虑玻璃与索协同工作的静力性能进行研究。首先验证了玻璃参与结构的共同工作,对于结构刚度有一定的贡献;然后通过参数分析讨论了索的初始预张力、荷载级别、索的直径、玻璃的厚度、网格的划分等因素对玻璃贡献的影响。研究表明,玻璃参与结构刚度贡献从本质上讲主要由玻璃面的薄膜力大小决定,而玻璃面薄膜力主要取决于单块玻璃自身的挠度和结构的整体挠度。
In this paper the full-scale test and numerical simulation have been conducted in order to study the static performance of single-layer plane cable net glass curtain working in cooperation with glass panels. Firstly, the facts that glass panels are cooperating in work with the cable structure and a contribution to the stiffness of the structure in practice are testified. Secondly, through the parameter analysis method, the effects of all kinds of factors, such as cable pretensions,load, cable diameter, glass thickness, glass mesh, on the stiffness contribution of glass panels to the structure are obtained. The research results indicated that the stiffness contribution of glass panels to the structure is substantially decided by the glass face membrane force, and the glass face membrane force is dependent on the deformation of the single glass panel and the whole deflection of the structure.
