摘要
介绍了超声波电机在国内外的研究现状以及在精确定位置、精密仪器仪表和微型机械等领域的具体应用,最后提出了加强超声波电机研究和应用的建设。
In this paper, outline introduced Recent progresses of Ultrasonic Motors in domestic and abroad, the concrete application of the Ultrasonic Motors in pintpointing installment, precision instrument and miniature machinery. Proposed some suggestions of our country strengthens ultrasonic motor research and application.
