原发性肝癌患者手术前后血清NO/NOS、TNF检测的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Detection of Changes of Serum NO/NOS, TNF Levels After Operation in Patients with Primary Hepatic Cancer

目的:探讨了原发性肝癌患者手术前后血清NO/NOS和TNF水平的变化。方法:分别应用放免法和化学法测定31例原发性肝癌患者血NO/NOS和TNF含量,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果:原发性肝癌患者手术治疗前血清NO/NOS、TNF水平非常显著地高于正常人(P<0.01),而NO水平则明显地低于正常人(P<0.01),手术切除后6个月转移者血清NO/NOS、TNF水平持续异常,未转移者血清NO/NOS、TNF水平保持正常。结论:测定血清NO/NOS、TNF水平的变化对原发性肝癌患者的病情和预后密切相关,有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the changes of the levels of serum NO/NOS, TNF after operation in patients with primary hepatic cancer. Methods Serum TNF （with RIA） and NO/NOS （with bio chemistry） levels were determined in 31 patients with hepatic cancer both before and after operation as well as in 35 controls. Results Before operation in the patients serum NOS and TNF levels were significantly hgiher than those in controls （ P 〈 0.01 ）, while NO levels were significantly lower （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Six months after operation, the NO/NOS, TNF levels remained abnormal in patients who developed matastasis, but dropped to normal in patients without matastasis. Conclusion The changes of serum NO/NOS, TNF levels after operation were closely related to the outcome of the surgery.
