摘要 从20世纪90年代初期开始,辽河油田应用侧钻井技术来延长油、气井的寿命,实现了有效、经济地提高老油田储量动用程度的目标,在提高采收率方面取得了丰硕的成果。随着时间的推移,侧钻井自身存在的问题逐渐暴露出来,最明显的特征是其寿命远低于普通生产井,平均仅为2 a左右。为解决该问题,提出使用微台阶扩孔技术将侧钻小井眼窄间隙固井转化为宽间隙常规固井,同时加大水泥环厚度,提高固井质量,延长侧钻井寿命。 Since the early 1990's, Liaohe Oilfield has used side - tracking technology to extend the life of oil and gas wells to improve the producing degree and recovery factor of old oilfield. As time passing, problems of side - tracking wells become more evident. The most notable feature is that its life is much shorter than common production wells,only averaged on about 2 years. In order to solve this problem, micro - step hole enlargement technology is proposed to change narrow clearance cementing to wide clearance cementing, and the thickness of cement sheath is increased to improve cementing quality and the life of side - tracking wells.
