摘要
简要阐述白内障摘除手术及人工晶状体研究进展,重点回顾近5年来我国在白内障摘除手术技巧、仪器设备、眼内屈光手术及人工晶状体研究方面的新成果以及各种新技术的优缺点;强调开展新技术时严格选择适应证和规范操作的重要性,提出应积极稳妥推进眼科新技术的健康发展。
Recent advances of cataract surgery and intraocular lens （IOL） studies are reviewed briefly. This article reviews the progress in cataract surgery （technique, instruments and equipments）,intraocular refractive surgery, IOL, the advantages and the disadvantages of various new techniques in the last 5 years. The importance of establishment of a patient selection criteria and a standard procedure are important for the development of a new intervention. New technology in the field of ophthalmology should be developed actively and carefully.
