摘要
三相六状态控制的转子斜槽式双凸极永磁电机通常采用单斩PWM调制方式。但传统的只斩桥臂上管或只斩桥臂下管的单斩方式会造成桥臂上下功率管损耗的不同,加大了散热设计难度。提出一种改进型单斩PWM调制方式,对桥臂上下管进行轮换单斩,保证了每个开关管损耗的一致性。两种单斩PWM调制方式的分析对比及系统实验结果表明:改进型轮换单斩上下管的PWM调制方式确保了上下管损耗的一致性,克服了传统单斩方式使功率控制器存在局部热点的缺陷,提高了系统效率,具有较高的可靠性。
Single-chop PWM control mode is commonly used in the flume rotor DSPMM, But traditional single-chop PWM control mode causes the power loss unbalance between the upper transistor and the lower one of the power inverter, which makes the thermal design more difficult and impacts system reliability. An improved alternative single-chop PWM control mode is proposed in the paper, which ensures the consistency of power loss between the upper transistor and the lower one. The comparison of two single-chop PWM control modes and experimental results reveal that the improved alternative single-chop PWM control mode can eliminate the hot-spot problem under the traditional single chop PWM mode, and improve overall efficiency with high reliability.
