摘要
本文研究中国制造业与商业之间的演化关系,通过分析制造业与商业的总量关系,明确提出中国制造业与商业关系的阶段理论,而两者之间阶段的形成主要是制度因素造成的。本文认为,中国工商关系已经进入以商业为主导的时期,表现为商业利用市场势力对制造业形成较强的纵向渠道控制,必须建立相应的法规和产业政策以利于中国工商关系的协调发展。
This papers study the relative evolvement and definitely bring forward phases theory between manufaeturing and eommerce in China. The relations are made by the faetors of system. This papers figures the relations have tune into the dominant time by eommeree,represent the eommerce eontrol the vertieal ehannel to the manufaeturing by the market power,so we must found eorresponding the rule of law and the industrial poliey in order to harmonious development between manufaeturing and eommerce in China.
