自愿劳工标准的现状和发展:基于SA8000认证的经验研究

Situation and Future Development of Voluntary Labor Standards: An Empirical Research Based on SA8000

本文主要关注的问题有两方面,一是理清有关SA8000等生产守则和劳工标准之间的关系,为认识和了解SA8000为代表的生产守则提供一个新的视角,使之能和我们熟悉的劳工标准的传统推行模式相衔接。二是希望通过对SA8000的经验研究,揭示目前SA8000认证分布的特点和不同国家认证数量差异的主要影响因素。我们发现,认证数量与国民收入、直接投资的流入量及劳工标准之间存在相关关系,但在发展中国家,主要的影响因素是人均国民收入水平的高低和FDI的流入。

This paper examines the relationship between the codes of conduct and labor standards. We explore the characteristics of voluntary labor standards using data from SA8000. We discover that per capita GNI ,inflow of FDI and FACB rights affect the number of certification,but for developing country,the key determinants are per capita GNI and the inflow of FDI.
