中西医结合治疗甲状腺功能减低危重症临床观察

Clinical Observation on 22 Cases of Serious Hypothroidism Treated by Combination of TCM and Western Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗甲状腺功能减低危重症的临床疗效。方法:将甲状腺功能减低危重症患者随机分为治疗组22例和对照组18例。两组均予以甲状腺激素治疗,治疗组同时加用温肾利水的中药汤剂。观察两组患者主要临床症状改善情况及甲状腺功能的变化情况。结果:治疗组症状改善明显优于对照组。同时,两组治疗后甲状腺功能水平均明显提高(P<0.01),且治疗组与对照组相比,三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T_3)改善差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗甲状腺功能减低危重症疗效满意,可尽快改善症状,缩短急救疗程,有助于甲状腺功能的恢复。

To investigate the clinical effect of combined treatment of TCM and western medicine on serious hypothyroidism. Methods：40 cases of serious hypothyroidism were randomly divided into a treatment group of 22 and a control group of 18 cases. The treatment group were treated by thyroid hormone plus Chinese medicine for warming the kidney to promote diuresis,and the control group were treated by simple thyroid hormone. Improvement of main symptoms and changes of thyroid functions were investigated. Results： The therapeutic effects of both groups were similar, the improvement of symptoms in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the thyroid function increased in both groups（P〈0.01 ）,with the treatment group significantly superior to the control group in improvement of Ts （P〈0. 01）. Conel usion：Combined treatment of TCM and western medicine has a satisfactory therapeutic effect on serious hypothyroidism,and can rapidly improve symptoms, shorten therapeutic course and help recover thyroid function.
