摘要
目的:研究化湿方治疗糖尿病肾病的可能机制。方法:分别用化湿方、氨基胍处理糖尿病大鼠,12周后测肾皮质晚期糖化终产物(AGEs)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、尿白蛋白排泄率、血肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN),观察肾组织形态。结果:化湿方能减少糖尿病大鼠肾皮质 AGEs 表达,提高 SOD 活性、降低 MDA 含量,减少尿白蛋白排泄率,改善肾功能,改善肾组织形态。结论:化湿方是较理想的中药非酶糖化抑制剂并具有抑制氧化应激反应的功能,其作用不依赖于降低血糖。
To study on the mechanism of Huashi Recipe for treatment of diabetic nephrosis. Methods: The diabetic rats were treated by Huashi Recipe and aminoguanidine respectively, and 12 weeks later, advanced glycation endproducts (AGEs) in the renal cortex and MDA ,SOD in the renal tissue,excretion rate of urinary albumin,blood creatinine(Scr) and urea nitrogen levels were determined and form of the renal tissue was observed. Results:Huashi Recipe could decrease expression of AGEs in the renal cortex,increase SOD activity,reduce MDA content and excretion rate of urinary albumin,improve renal function and form of the renal tissue. Conclusion: Huashi Recipe is a more ideal TCM non-enzyme glycation inhibitor with the function of inhibiting oxidation stress response ,which does not depend on decrease of blood glucose.
