摘要 目的应用噻唑蓝(MTT)法检测卵巢癌对常用抗癌药物的敏感性,并分析其临床意义。方法卵巢癌标本52例。用MTT法将癌细胞悬液与17种抗癌药反应,计算各种抗癌药抑制率,推断药物敏感性,同时就其相关因素进行分析。结果卵巢癌的不同个体和类型对化疗药物的敏感性各不相同。药物敏感性与肿瘤分期和分级有关。本组患者的生存率较以往无药敏试验的患者明显提高。结论采用MTT法进行抗癌药物敏感性试验,可以选择有活性的化疗药物对卵巢癌患者进行有效的个体化治疗。 Objective Using 3, -4, 5 dimethyliazol -2, 5 diphenyl tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay to detect tumor chemosensitivity in ovarian epithelial neoplasm. Methods Sensitivity tests were performed with assays by using 17 chemotherapeutic agents in the fresh specimens of ovarian cancer. Clinical materials were also analyzed. Results There were significant variations of chemotherapy responses among individual patients, and various chemosensi tivity occurred in different kinds of ovarian tumors. There was a correlation between chemosensitivity and clinical staging and pathologic grading. The survival rate was significantly increased in the patients using chemosensitivity drugs. Conclusion The chemosensitivity test might be an effective method in selecting the most effective chemotherapeutic agents in patients with ovarian cancer.
