摘要
以苏州市新建的一跨径组合为(100+35)m的无背索斜拉桥施工过程中的架梁吊机为背景,用突加阶跃荷载模拟钢梁起吊时的动力作用,采用有限元法建立架梁吊机结构的三维分析模型,对在空间受力形态下架梁吊机结构的动力反应问题进行了计算,探讨了钢梁起吊时起吊速度对架梁吊机结构动力反应及动力放大系数的影响,为架梁吊机结构的动力设计提供了理论依据。
With reference to the deck unit erection crane used in construction of a newly built cable-stayed bridge without backstays with span arrangement (100+35) m in Suzhou City, the sudden skip load is used to simulate the dynamic action of the crane structure at the time the steel girder being hoisted. The finite element method is then used to establish three-dimensional analysis model for the carne, and the dynamic responses of the crane structure under spatial loading are calculated. The effects of hoisting speed when the steel girder is being hoisted on the dynamic responses and dynamic amplification coefficients of the crane structure are studied. The results of the calculations and study provide theoretic basis for dynamic design of deck unit erection crane structures.
