摘要
快速准确检测、识别和定位棉田地膜下面的幼小棉苗,是自动切破棉苗上方地膜让棉苗破膜而出的关键前提。论文介绍通过摄像设备采集棉田中地膜所覆盖棉苗的图像信息,然后由图像处理系统对采集到的图像进行特征分析以识别棉苗、棉苗位置信息并将这些信息传递给的切破地膜的控制系统。着重对地膜下面幼小棉苗如何准确的检测、识别和定位等相关方法进行讨论。实验结果表明对棉苗的识别准确率在98%以上,对每株棉苗的检测、识别和定位需要约30ms。
Plant film is often used in the process of cotton plant,which is of great benefit to the growth of cotton seedling.When cotton seedling grows up to some degree,plastic film must be cut up for seedling's continued growth.ln order to improve product efficiency,developing cutting equipment based on machine vision is necessary.Fast and accurate detection,identification,and orientation of cotton seedling are key technologies of the equipment.The paper discusses the principle of the equipment.Firstly,the seedling image captured through the vidicon is analyzed by image processing system,which can identify seedling,orientate position coordinates.Then these seedling coordinates are transferred to the controlling system,which can let cutting tools incise plastic film.It's also emphasized on some methods which can accurately detect,identify and orientate cotton seedling under plastic film in the paper.The experiment indicates that the correct rate of identification reaches above 98% and the time of processing on every cotton seedling is about 30ms.
