摘要
主要介绍了一种可在实验室进行纺丝工艺研究的新型数控微型熔融纺丝实验机,它去掉了挤出螺杆和熔体计量泵,使结构得到简化,而且,一次投料量仅2 ̄20g,出丝孔数1 ̄9个,更换物料和喷丝板只需几分钟。实验机采用计算机数控及数据处理,并配有光学显微成像计算机监控。
Minitype melt spinner of numerical control is introduced. It is taken out extrusion screw and melt pump. It's machinery is more simple. It only need 2~20 gram materiel once, number of spinning hole is 1~9. It is only minutes for replacing of materiel and spinning board. It is designed with microcomputer numerical controller and microscope monitor. It can be used for research on fibre material and technics in laboratory.
