摘要
过程波动是引起产品质量问题的根源,波动的减少就意味质量的改进。文章在探讨三种质量改进方法的基础上,对三种质量改进方法进行了比较和评价,提出了一个整合SPC、EPC和田口方法的概念框架,以达到监测和改进过程质量的目的。
Process variation is the defect source. Therefore, eliminating the sources of variation means continuous quality improvement. In this paper, three methods of continuous quality improvement are discussed firstly, namely Statistical Process Control (SPC), Engineering Process Control (EPC) and the Taguchi Method. Then, they are compared and evaluated. Finally, a conceptual framework for integrating them to monitor and improve process quality is developed.
