摘要
目的:建立一种新的测定芍药苷的反相高效液相色谱流动相系统,并令人满意地测定四物汤中芍药苷的含量。方法:色谱条件:AlltimaC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);紫外检测器,检测波长230nm;乙腈0.02mol·L-1磷酸(18∶82)为流动相。结果:芍药苷在0.48μg~4.80μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9994。平均加样回收率为98.8,RSD为1.32(n=5)。结论:方法准确,精密,重现性好,结果令人满意。
AIM : A new RP-HPLC method had been developed and was suitable for the analysis of paeoniflorin in Siwu Decoction (Radix Paeoniae Alba;Radix Rehmaniae Preparata, Radix Angelicae Sinensis; Rhizoma Chuanxion) (SWD). METHODS: Experiment was carried out on Alhima Cls Column and UV detector (230nm). Acetonitrile-0.02 mol· L^-1 phosphoric acid (18: 82, volume ratio) was selected as mobile phase. RESULTS: There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of paeoniflorin and area integral value in the range of 0.48-4.80μg, r = 0. 999 4. The everage recovery was 98.8% with RSD 1.32% (n = 5 ). CONCLUSION : The method is accurate,precise and reproducible for analysis of paeoniflorin in SWD. The result is satisfactory.
