社会主义历史规律既不是预先存在的既定东西,也不是人头脑中固有的东西,而是在人民群众的革命建设实践中形成的。在社会主义发展史上,历史规律起作用的主体机制之运行经历了历史主体从自发到自觉的自主选择过程,这个过程也是合目的性与合规律性辩证统一的历史过程,否认主体选择活动在历史规律运行机制过程中的作用,就会把社会主义历史规律神秘化、绝对化,导致无主体的历史宿命论的产生,给社会主义建设事业造成危害。

The historical law of socialism is neither a pre-existent or fixed thing, nor a built-in thing in people＇s mind, but a product of the revolutionary construction practice by the masses. In the. history of socialist development, the subject mechanism involved in the historical law undergoes a voluntary selection process from spontaneity to consciousness in terms of the historical subjects, which fits well with the historical dialectic unity process of purposefulness and regularity. Denial of the role of the subjects voluntary selection activities in the operational mechanism of the historical law will lead to mystifying or thinking in terms of absolutes the historical law of socialism. This will in turn bring about historical fatalism without subjects and jeopardize the cause of socialist construction.
