Study and realization of SVPWM wave based on the overmodulation theory

摘要 电压源型逆变器,根据最大调制系数(MI)的大小逆变器工作在三种不同区域:线性调制、过调制Ⅰ和过调制Ⅱ区,不同的区域对应着不同的算法以实现线性控制逆变器输出电压.针对过调制Ⅱ区提出参考电压矢量概念,简化了算法,并利用Intel公司80c196MC芯片实现,最后给出了实验输出波形. Voltage source inverter may work in three different regions according to the value of modula- tion index (MI), linear modulation, overmodulation mode ( Ⅰ ) and mode ( Ⅱ). Different region requires different algorithm to produce linear output voltage. The proper algorithm is derived based on the Fourier analysis. Using INTEL 80C196MC micro- processor to produce SVPWM wave, experimental results verified the validity of the algorithm.
