摘要
采用SHT4106微机控制电液伺服万能试验机,对钢纤维含量为1.5%、1.8%的2种钢纤维高强混凝土进行单轴受压荷载作用下的应力-应变全过程试验,混凝土强度分别为58.3MPa和60.2MPa.试验研究发现,钢纤维的掺入提高了混凝土的强度,改善了混凝土的变形性能,其效果随钢纤维用量的增加而加大.结合试验给出了与试验结果符合较好的全曲线模拟方程.
Tests are conducted to characterize the stress - strain relationship of high strength steel fiber reinforced concrete (HSSFRC) in axial compression by SHTT4106 rock testing machine. The volume fraction of steel fiber in HSSFRC is 1.5%. 1.8% respectively and the concrete strength is 58.3 MPa and 60.2 MPa respectively. The test results indicate that the steel fiber can increase the ductility and compressive strength remarkably. Based on the data, stress - strain theoretical curve equations are proposed and are in good agreement with experimental curves.
