抑制通货膨胀的根本在发展

作者认为，通货膨胀的发生、发展有着经济发展中的内在规律性，抑制通货膨胀要采取科学的态度，从中国当今的现实出发，实事求是地分析其产生和发展的成因、特点，顺应客观规律去加以引导，趋利避害。中国当前的通货膨胀存在着两面性，一面是可抑制的，另一面是不可抑制的。换句话说工作中的问题是能解决的，而中国人口众多，就业已进入高峰期．市场取向的改革不可避免地带来利益格局的大调整，因此，要一点没有通货膨胀是不可能的。新旧体制过渡时期可能会产生一定的通货膨胀，改革操作得好．可以把通货膨胀控制在最低限度；而经济的高速发展与通货膨胀没有必然的内在联系。从国内外历史发展的经验和我国人口多，就业矛盾突出的特点来看，抑制通货膨胀的根本在于发展，不能用牺牲发展去作为抑制通货膨胀的代价，那样会把矛盾积累得更深沉，反而会形成结果更糟糕的滞胀。从长远来看是不可取的。应当让过去积累的矛盾逐步得到释放。抓住机遇，从多方面促进发展，使经济真正进入按市场经济规律运行的良性循环。

AbstractThe emergence and development of inflation has internal economic law and we should adopt scientific attitude for controlling inflation. China,s present inflation has two aspects, on the one hand, it is controllable, and on the other hand, un-controllable. In other words,the problems resulted from work can be resolved, but China, such a populous country and itsmarket-oriented reforms will be inevitable for appearance inflation. During the transition period from the old system to the new one. if we make reform well, we can control inflation within the lowest limitation. There is no internal relation between inflation and high economic growth. Based on the historical experience of China and foreign country's economic development, the crux for restraining inflation is developing economy. We should grasp all chances for developing economy, and get economic development circulated well according to market economic law.
