AbstractBased on analyzing the necessity and inevitability of establishing managers market suitable for a modern enterprise system,this paper puts forward the following suggestion.We must reform cadre personnel system and make operator professionalize;reform firms'administrative system and adopt the responsibility system of mortgage operation; reform distribution system and set up operators'independent interest mechanism;reform the system of evaluating technical titles and build up operators'qualification criteria;reform supervision system and perfect evaluating and supervising system; besides,we complete the basic work of establishing managers markets'organizations and their information network.
