摘要
本文从分析权力资本的涵义出发，阐述了权力带来金钱的两种实现形式，即权力转化为商品和权力转化为资本以及各自转化所需的条件。作者还进一步分析了我国权力转化为资本的发展过程和发展的三个阶段：以权谋私是权力资本形成的第一阶段，权力转化为商品是第二阶段，权力腐败是权力资本化最终形成的阶段。最后，作者归纳并深入分析了权力资本的五种主要表现形式：经营型权力资本，信息型权力资本，信用型权力资本，征敛型权力资本，职位效应型权力资本。作者认为，防止权力资本化的根本途径是改革与完善市场经济下的权力运行机制。
Abstract Based on analyzing the conception of power captal,the author explores the two forms in which power brings money,i.e.converting power into commodity and capital.The author also expounds the development process and its three stages:the first phase is making selfprofit by power,the second is transferring power into commodity,and the third phase is power corrupt.Finally,5 main forms of power capital are summed up:operational,informational,credit,collective and postition power capital.This article states,the cardinal approach is reforming and perfecting power's using mechanism under market economy.
