Abstract This paper says,property rights trade results from enliving exist assets and optimizing product factors.Since the manifestation of property rights is different in different enterprise organizational system,the specific way of property rights trade must be subject to the definite aim of enterprise system reform.The mode is unsuitable for property rights trade in material form that the assets are divided into equal portions.Organizational investors are the main buyers of enterprise property rights.
