摘要
私有企业具有规模小、产权清晰和集中；创办容易，倒闭率高；血缘亲缘关系强等特点。它是一种灵活的、适应性强的、充满活力的经济形式，是市场经济体制下基本的市场主体。由于长期以来认识上的偏差，对其限制过多过严，直至１９９３年后，才具有和其他经济形式平等的发展机会。私有企业因其固有的私人性，我们在政策上鼓励其发展的同时，应从内部和外部两方面加强监督和管理。
Abstract Private owned firm with smaller scale, clarity and concentration of proprietorship, easy to set up and to be closed up (therate is high), and close in blood relation, etc. yet is a kind of economic form with high mobility and vitality easy to meet the consumers. It is the basic mainbody under market economy system. However, it was misunderstood for long, long time and very much restricted. It gets its chance of development on equal footing since 1993 with other economic forms.
